In case of blocking PIN of your smart card needs to visit the nearest office of Stampit. Personal visit is necessary to ensure that the person applying for unblocking PIN is the author of the digital signature certificate recorded on the appropriate smart card!
Documents that should carry with you when visiting our office in order to unblock a PIN code are as follows:
- identity card of the author of the certificate
- proof of his power of attorney - a notarized power of attorney. Examples of the power of attorney can be found here.
